How do I get my member price?
Sign in to your account before you shop, using the email address you joined with. Your 20% member discount and free shipping are applied automatically in your cart and at checkout.
Can I join and save on the same order?
Yes. On any product page, tick "Add Care+ to my order". The membership is added to your cart together with the product, and your 20% member discount is applied to that order.
I just joined. When does my discount start on later orders?
Your member benefits become active shortly after your membership order is complete. If your member price is not showing yet on a new order, email us and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel?
From your account or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees. On the monthly plan you can cancel after your first 3 monthly payments. On the annual plan you can cancel the renewal at any time and keep your benefits until the end of the year you paid for.
Will my membership renew automatically?
Yes, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, until you cancel. We send a reminder email before every annual renewal.
